Refund policy

Last updated

You can request a refund within 7 days of your credentials being issued. This page sets out exactly what that covers, what it does not, and how to ask. We have tried to write it without the escape clauses that make policies like this useless.

The refund window

You may request a refund within 7 days of your credentials being issued. Requests made inside that window, for a service that is not working as described, are refunded in full to the original payment method.

The window starts when credentials are issued rather than when you install the player, because that is the point at which the service becomes available to you. Delivery timing is described in full on our delivery page.

What is covered

  • The service does not work on a supported device after following the installation guide and working with our support desk.
  • Widespread playback failures across the catalogue that we cannot resolve.
  • A billing error, such as being charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
  • A plan length or product that differs from what you ordered.

What is not covered

  • Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
  • A specific channel or title not being present. This is why we ask you to verify the catalogue during the free trial, which costs nothing and takes ten minutes.
  • Problems caused by your own internet connection, router or Wi-Fi, where the service plays correctly on a wired connection or on mobile data.
  • Devices outside our supported list.
  • Accounts suspended for sharing credentials or for other breaches of our terms.
  • Partial refunds part-way through a 3-month or 6-month plan after the window has closed.

Why the trial matters here

Nearly every refund request we receive would have been answered by the free trial. The trial lets you confirm the catalogue and the playback on your own equipment before any money is involved, and we would far rather you used it than bought and asked for it back.

How to request a refund

  1. 1

    Write to support first

Message us on WhatsApp, or email support@quebeciptv.site from the address your credentials were sent to. Most problems that lead to a refund request are resolved within one exchange, and we would rather fix it than refund it.

  2. 2

    Tell us what happened

Include the device, what you tried, the channel names involved and the times. This lets us determine quickly whether the cause is the service, the source feed or your network.

  3. 3

We respond within one support day

We answer every day between 09:00 and 21:00 Eastern. If the request is covered, we confirm the refund in writing.

  4. 4

    The refund is processed

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund

There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancelling means not renewing: your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for and then stops. Nothing is charged afterwards and there is nothing to return. A refund, by contrast, returns money for a period you have already paid for, and that is what this policy governs.

To stop a monthly plan from renewing, tell us before the renewal date or turn renewal off in your account. The 3-month and 6-month plans do not renew silently; we email before the end date and you decide.

Avoid needing this page entirely: check the service on your own devices first.
