Does the monthly plan renew automatically?
The monthly plan continues for as long as you keep renewing it, and renewal is something you confirm with us rather than something that happens silently. Message us on WhatsApp when you want to stop and nothing further is charged; your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I switch from monthly to a longer plan later?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp before your next renewal date and we move you onto the 6-month or 12-month rate at the start of the following period. You do not lose the remainder of the month you already paid for and you do not need to reinstall anything on your devices.
Is the monthly plan cheaper if I pay for several months up front?
Buying six separate months at $14.00 CAD costs $84.00 CAD, while the 6-month plan is $55.00 CAD. Twelve separate months cost $168.00 CAD against $82.00 CAD for the 12-month plan. The saving is $29.00 and $86.00 CAD respectively.
