Try it free for 24 hours
A trial is a test with a pass or fail result, not a demonstration. You get 24 hours to confirm two things before any money changes hands: that the channels you actually watch are present, and that playback holds up on your equipment and your connection. Start it on a day you are home in the evening, because that is the hour that decides it.
Tell us which device you will use. We reply with credentials and the matching installation guide. WhatsApp is usually the fastest route, at +44 7862 838725.
What we send you
- A username, password and server URL.
- The player link for your device.
- The written installation guide that matches it.
- A support address you can write to during the trial.
Use it properly
The six checks that decide it
Most people spend a trial scrolling a channel list. These six checks tell you far more, and each takes minutes.
- 1
Write your channel list first
Before opening anything, write down the five to ten channels your household genuinely watches in a normal week. Doing this after you start browsing rearranges what you think you wanted.
- 2
Open every channel on that list
Confirm each one loads and plays. A missing channel from your own list is a fail, regardless of how much else is in the catalogue.
- 3
Test on the actual television
Not on a phone next to the router. Play a live channel for ten minutes on the screen and the connection you will really use.
- 4
Watch during the evening
Between 19:00 and 22:00 on a weeknight, and again on a Saturday. Those are the congested hours and the ones that decide whether this works.
- 5
Watch a live game if sport matters
Sport is the hardest content any streaming service handles. Twenty minutes of a live game tells you more than two hours of anything else.
- 6
Send support a real question
Ask something specific. Support quality is impossible to judge from a website and it is the one thing you will eventually need.

Trial questions
How do I request a free trial?
Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7862 838725, or email support@quebeciptv.site, with the device you intend to watch on. We reply with credentials and the matching installation guide. We ask for the device because the player and the setup steps differ between Firestick, smart televisions, Android and Apple.
Do I need to give card details for the trial?
No. The trial exists so you can evaluate the service before any payment relationship begins, which would be undermined by asking for a card first.
How long is the trial?
24 hours from the moment your credentials are issued. That is deliberately short, and it is long enough if you use it properly: a written channel list, a ten-minute playback test on each device, and one session during peak evening hours. Start it on a day you will actually be home to watch.
What happens when the trial ends?
Access stops. Nothing renews automatically and no card is charged, because we never took one. If you want to continue, choose a plan and your new credentials arrive by email.
Passed every check?
Start with a single month. Moving up to a three or six month plan later takes one email, keeps the time you already paid for and needs no reinstallation.
