Every article is written against the same constraint the rest of the site follows: if we cannot state a number from our own service, our own testing or a source we can point at, we do not publish the number.

That constraint is why you will not find channel counts, uptime percentages or subscriber totals in our articles. Those figures are trivially inflated across this industry and impossible for a reader to verify, so we leave them out and write about the things a household can actually check during a trial.
